For many years, we believed that the human brain stopped growing and changing when we were young, The discovery of neuroplasticity states that you brain is designed to change throughout your life. Our conscious intention to change things increases our brain’s ability to rewire itself. We can use neuroplasticity to improve brain potential and function such as: reaching your goals, overcoming negativity, improving mental sharpness and clarity, increasing your level of happiness and more! Everything you do or think changes your brain physically. Your brain grows and changes based on feedback, also called a feedback loop.
You can start rewiring your brain! Every morning practice positive self talk that says: “I can do this. I’m on top, in tune and going for it.” When you practice positive self talk on a regular basis, you start rewiring your brain. That’s how the neural activity feedback loop works. Your brain “gets it” and records your thoughts. This is how the neural activity feedback loop works. When you practice positive self-talk your brain wires them into neural pathways and connects them to other neural pathways in your brain. This is called the neural activity feedback loop.
